• 635 notifications and complaints against suspected breaches of provisions of Personal data protection act (ZVOP-1) (256 for public and 379 for private sector)
• 399 inspection proceedings have been opened (152 for public and 247 for private sector); of which 133 ex officio (64 for public and 69 for private sector)

• 55 warnings to remedy irregularities have been stated in the record (18 for public and 37 for private sector)
